Just like our relationships with people, our relationship with food can be complicated.
If you have ever worried about your weight, felt out of control or had feelings of guilt or shame after eating, then you know how complicated food can be.
But unlike difficult relationships, you need food in your life. You can’t just cut it loose when things aren’t working out.
Understanding your relationship with food, will result in a HEALTHY relationship with yourself and those around you. Once you learn how food can nourish you, it will be a match made in heaven!

Until you understand why you have a difficult relationship with food, you will have a hard time making long term, healthy changes
*We will work on learning to have a healthy balance with the REAL stuff that feeds you: sleep, stress, exercise, job, family, relationships. These are all connected to the food you eat!
What do I eat?
WHAT to actually eat is confusing! With so much conflicting nutrition and diet information out there, it’s hard to know what foods are really healthy
*Nutrition and Food Science is big business. You’ll learn what eating REAL food means, and how to navigate confusing nutrition labels and headlines. Learn how to feel in control of your food choices!
If you’re eating most of your meals on the go, in your car, in front of the TV or while checking your email, then something needs to change
*How you eat your food is just as important as WHAT you’re eating!
We’ll discuss HOW to break bad eating habits and incorporate healthy new ones!
